LQHBA Reminds Horsemen of June 1 Deadline for 2026 Out-of-State Mare Forms

AJAX, ON–MAY 6, 2026– ALEXANDRIA, LA–MAY 19, 2026—The Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders Association (LQHBA) is reminding breeders and horsemen that the deadline to submit 2026 Out-of-State Mare (OSM) Forms is June 1, 2026.
The annual, non-refundable Out-of-State Mare registration fee is $200 per mare if submitted on or before June 1. Forms received between June 2 and July 1 will require a total payment of $400, which includes the annual fee and a $200 late penalty.
