Eye Get The Blues, who was third in the aforementioned John Alleman Memorial Stakes(RG3) in his last start, drifted in gamely under jockey Antonio Alberto. Eduardo Morales trains the Jess Louisiana Blue gelding for owner Elianny Estupinan. Kathleen and Steve Billings bred Eye Get The Blues from the Mr Eye Opener mare Kdwantsafastone. The stakes winner added $12,000 to his bankroll for the effort.
