Heza Louisiana Dash Draws Rail for Delta’s Vals Fortune Stakes

VINTON, LA—JUNE 1, 2017—Heza Louisiana Dash, a 5-year-old Heza Fast Dash gelding owned by Robert S. Holland’s TM Ranch, is one of six Louisiana-breds entered in Saturday’s 400-yard, $60,000 Vals Fortune Stakes (RG2) at Delta Downs.

Heza Louisiana Dash has won 10 of 21 starts, including five of nine at Delta, and he has earned $381,641. The gelding made his season debut with a three-quarter length victory as the 3-5 favorite in the 350-yard, $50,000 Open Me A Corona Stakes (R) on April 22.

Heza Louisiana Dash drew the rail post and will be ridden by Gilbert Ortiz for trainer Kenneth Roberts Sr.
