Ttt Kas Returns in Louisiana Lassie Futurity Trials

VINTON, LA—APRIL 24, 2017—Ttt Kas, a graded stakes placed daughter of the Corona Cartel stallion Kas I Said So, is one of 146 state-bred 2-year-old fillies entered in Friday’s 330-yard Louisiana Breeders’ Lassie Futurity (RG2) trials at Delta Downs.
To accommodate the large number of trials, 15, Delta Downs has moved its first post time up to 4:35 p.m. (CDT).
Ttt Kas races for Jorge Meraz from the barn of trainer Jose Sanchez. The filly has earned $30,773 from two outs, and her resume includes a third-place finish, one length behind winner Blue Eyed Fance, in the 300-yard, $272,000 Mardi Gras Futurity (RG2) at Louisiana Downs on March 18.
Ttt Kas drew post 2 and will be ridden by Raul Ramirez Jr. in the first heat.
The 10 fastest qualifiers will meet in the May 19, $322,285 Louisiana Breeders’ Lassie Futurity final.
