Royal Quick Patriot Returns in $281,007 Laddie Futurity Final

VINTON, LA—MAY 16, 2016—Douglas O. Traylor’s Royal Quick Patriot is one of 10 juveniles entered back in Saturday’s 330-yard, $281,007 Louisiana Breeders’ Laddie Futurity (RG2) at Delta Downs.
A $43,000 buy at last year’s Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders’ Association Yearling Sale, Royal Quick Patriot is coming off of a neck victory as the odds-on favorite in the 13th of 14 trials on April 30. The gelded son of Jet Black Patriot drew post 4 and will be ridden by Donald Watson for trainer Kenneth Roberts Sr.
Trainer Michael Taylor will send out Dash To Intrigue for owner Ten For Ten LLC. A gelded son of Dashin Bye, Dash To Intrigue has won his last two starts, and his resume includes a clear one-length win in his Laddie Futurity trial.
Dash To Intrigue drew post 10 and will be ridden by Joe Badilla Jr.
