San Lorenzo Dash is Morning-Line Choice for Wednesday's $60,000 Vals Fortune/Teddy Abrams Jr. Stakes

San Lorenzo Dash eads a field of seven Louisiana-bred runners entered in Wednesday's Vals Fortune/Teddy Abrams Jr. Stakes (RG2) at Delta Downs.

VINTON, LA–JUNE 19, 2023–Rogelio Marquez Jr.'s San Lorenzo Dash, a homebred 4-year-old daughter of Heza Fast Dash, heads a field of seven Louisiana-bred runners entered in Wednesday's 400-yard, $60,000 Vals Fortune/Teddy Abrams Jr. Stakes (RG2) at Delta Downs.

San Lorenzo Dash opened her season campaign with two stakes wins; the mare is coming off of a 1 3/4-length victory in the 350-yard, $25,000 Mother's Day Stakes at Delta Downs on May 13. San Lorenzo Dash drew post 7 and will be ridden by Ubaldo Luna for trainer Jesus M. Marquez.
