KINDER, LA–AUGUST 4, 2024–StallioneSearch.com concludes its coverage of the 2024 LQHBA Yearling Sale at the Coushatta Casino and Resort in Kinder, Louisiana, with the release of the recap of the top sellers from the first and second sessions on Friday and Saturday.

In this episode, StallioneSearch.com captured video of the four top-selling yearlings from the 2024 yearling sale.

The annual two-day sale closed with a 9.3% average increase to $19,437, compared with $17,781 in 2023. The median rose 4% to $12,500, compared to $12,000 last year. The sale saw 385 of the 457 horses offered sell for gross receipts of $7,483,400, slightly down from last year's $7,734,500, when 50 more horses sold.

All yearlings passing through the sale are eligible for the $1,000,000 2024 LQHBA Louisiana Million Futurity(RG1) at Evangeline Downs.
