2022 Graded Stakes Producers Have Offspring To Be Offered In Upcoming LQHBA Yearling Sale


Undefeated Grade 1 stakes winner (orange cap) will have a Louisiana-Bred half-sibling selling in the August 5-6 LQHBA Yearling Sale in Kinder, Louisiana.

ALEXANDRIA, LA–MAY 31, 2022–Three mares with yearlings set to be offered in the August 5-6, 2022, LQHBA Yearling Sale produced Graded stakes winners over the past weekend.

Grade 3 winner Crystal Sola produced the 2022 Grade 1 $1.1 million Heritage Place Futurity winner Tres Crystals, undefeated in four starts with earnings of $658,167. The bay gelding also won the Grade 2 $440,800 Oklahoma Futurity at Remington Park. Crystal Sola is also the dam of Lee Berwick Futurity(G1) finalist Flash Of Light.

The second dam is stakes winner Corona Crystal by Corona Cartel, the dam of four black type including champion and Ed Burke Million Futurity(G1) winner Walk Thru Crystal, a sister to Crystal Sola.

Crystal Sola has a Louisiana-bred son of leading sire Apollitical Blood consigned to the 2022 LQHBA Yearling Sale.

Stakes-placed and track record setter Miss Delta Duck, by Fly Jess Fly, is the dam of Saturday’s restricted Grade 2 $331,880 Louisiana Lassie Futurity winner San Lorenzo Jet, undefeated in two starts with earnings of $175,259. San Lorenzo Jet was a $49,000 LQHBA Sale graduate.

Miss Delta Duck’s dam is the stakes winning Tour De Kas mare Lawanda Fay, a multiple stakes producing sister to Grade 2 winner Duck Mea Running. This is the family of Duck Dash N Go and Thank You Mr Jack.

Miss Delta Duck has a has a Louisiana-bred daughter of Champion and first-crop sale sire Tarzanito consigned to the 2022 LQHBA Yearling Sale.

Stakes-placed Bang Bang Bang, by Lock To Load, is the dam undefeated 2-year-old Btrain, winner of the $310,695 Louisiana Lassie Futurity(RG2) last Friday at Delta Downs. A $27,000 LQHBA Sale graduate, Btrain has banked $164,947 in three starts this season.

Bang Bang Bang’s second dam is the stakes winning and stakes producing Duck Dance (TB) mare Osceola Sweetheart.

Bang Bang Bang has a has a Louisiana-bred son of champion sire Coronas Leaving You consigned to the 2022 LQHBA Yearling Sale.
