2019 LQHBA Yearling Sale Recap - Day 1(VIDEO)


Hip 149 Tipsy Blood topped the opening session for the 2019 LQHBA Yearling Sale for a final bid of $102,000.

KINDER, LA–AUGUST 2, 2019–StallioneSearch.com begins its coverage of the 2019 LQHBA Yearling Sale from the Coushatta Casino in Kinder, Louisiana.

On this episode, StallioneSearch was on hand to capture video of the high-selling yearlings from the opening session of the 2019 LQHBA Yearling Sale. The Day 1 recap includes coverage of the top three sellers from the first of three sessions.

Judd Kearl, Agent, signed a $102,00 ticket for Hip 149 Tipsy Blood from the consignment of Robicheaux Ranch, Inc. Agent. The colt by #2 leading first-crop sire of money earners, Apollitical Blood and is out of Tipsy Kitty, by Tres Seis.

Wilson One Consulting LLC paid $80,000 for the second high-seller, a Heza Fast Dash filly from the first crop of stakes winner and RG1-placed Jet Black Rouge by Jet Black Patriot. Spring Hill Farms consigned Hip 97.

Judd Kearl, Agent also purchased the #3 high-seller in the opening session, Hip 81 Shining Runaway, a half-sister to 2018 LQHBA Louisiana Million Futurity(RG1) winner Mpshinning. Grant Farms consigned the Sir Runaway Dash filly out of Shinningperrydash by First To Shine.
