Copper Spring Ranch is offering a $220,000 Racing Incentive for 2-year-olds sired by their champion sire Furyofthewind.

BOZEMAN, MT—DECEMBER 7, 2018—Copper Spring Ranch of Bozeman, Montana announced an ongoing $220,000 Louisiana Racing Incentive that begins with the 2019 crop of two-year-olds sired by their champion siring stallion Furyofthewind.

The son of leading sire Corona Cartel stands at Robicheaux Ranch, Inc., near Breaux Bridge, Louisiana for a 2019 fee of $2,500, with consideration.

The four-tiered incentive program for two-year-olds sired by Furyofthewind is as follows:

LQHBA LOUISIANA MILLION FUTURITY

  • $100,000 Bonus to Win the Futurity
  • $10,000 Bonus to Qualify for the Futurity

    RG1 RACE IN LOUISIANA

  • $50,000 Bonus to Win
  • $5,000 Bonus to Qualify

    RG2 RACE IN LOUISIANA

  • $35,000 Bonus to Win
  • $3,500 Bonus to Qualify

    RG3 RACE IN LOUISIANA

  • $15,000 Bonus to Win
  • $1,500 Bonus to Qualify

    Incentive money will be distributed as follows:

  • 75% to the owner
  • 15% to the breeder
  • 10% to the trainer

    • Horse must be nominated by filling out the Furyofthewind Louisiana Racing Incentive form at CopperSpringRanch.com prior to the trials.

    Horse must run in finals to collect qualification bonus.
